Fundamental concepts of geometry

The fundamental concepts of geometry include points, which are exact locations; lines, which are infinite straight paths of points; line segments and rays, which are parts of lines with endpoints; and planes, which are flat, two-dimensional surfaces that extend infinitely. Other key concepts are angles, formed by two rays sharing an endpoint, and different types of lines, such as parallel (never intersecting) and intersecting (meeting at a point) lines.
