The book you are holding now is based on the lessons I have accumulated over 41 years. Till 16 years of age, I was an atheist and never believed in God or cosmic forces. It was my inquisitive nature that led me to read the biography of Swami Vivekananda, who was a die-hard atheist himself. I started practising meditation and had spiritual experiences like the awakening of the Kundalini, which turned me into a firm believer in Almighty God.

This book is not another typical self-help book which talks about positive thinking and manifestation. This book talks about life and what I have learnt from life. One of the chapters in this book is based on my experience with Vipassana meditation, which changed my overall perspective about life. I have talked about the power of sex transmutation, which is highly indispensable for spiritual development.
